For the second consecutive year, AERO-LIFT Vakuumtechnik GmbH has been recognized as one of Germany’s best training companies. In the latest “Germany’s Best Trainers 2026” study conducted by business magazine Capital and the training platform Ausbildung.de, the company based in Geislingen-Binsdorf once again received the highest possible rating of five stars – both for its vocational training and dual study programs.
This repeated recognition confirms the high quality of talent development at AERO-LIFT. As a medium-sized, family-owned company, the vacuum technology specialist places great emphasis on practical training, personal mentoring and the early involvement of young talents in day-to day business operations. In addition to developing professional skills, the company focuses on personal growth and encouraging independent work and responsibility.

About the Study
The “Germany’s Best Trainers” study was conducted for the tenth time in 2026 by business magazine Capital in cooperation with the training platform Ausbildung.de. Companies were evaluated in five categories: Mentoring, Workplace Learning, Training Marketing, Innovation and Career Prospects. For the first time, the study also included a differentiated evaluation by industry.
