SMART WASH: Customized Washing Processes Instead of Standard Programs
With SMART WASH, the CHT Group presents a modular washing concept developed specifically for the requirements of modern laundries. Instead of rigid standard programs, SMART WASH is based on a flexible system of five coordinated modules for cleaning, performance enhancement, fiber protection, stain removal, and pH balance. Customized selection, precise dosing, and continuous process control enable optimal adaptation to different textiles, soiling levels, and operating conditions. The result is consistent wash performance, extended textile durability, and efficient use of chemicals and resources.
SMART UV POWER: The Intelligent Combination of Physics and Chemistry
Another proven highlight is SMART UV POWER, an innovative process that enhances the effect of hydrogen peroxide using UV-C technology. This process generates highly reactive hydroxyl radicals that break down organic contaminants particularly effectively. The process delivers outstanding cleaning and hygiene performance, improves stain removal, and simultaneously helps reduce COD and TOC levels in wastewater. In addition, SMART UV POWER enables reduced water and chemical consumption as well as more sustainable process management.
SMART PROTECTION: Hygiene, Resource Saving and Textile Protection
With SMART PROTECTION, the CHT Group presents an outstanding hygiene process that combines reliable disinfection with high cost-effectiveness. Through the intelligent coordination of temperature, time, and chemicals, laundry is hygienically processed in a short amount of time while being treated with exceptional care. The process delivers outstanding whiteness, low rewash rates, and extended textile durability. In addition, SMART PROTECTION reduces chemical usage and offers potential savings in overall process costs. The process is listed under Section 18 of the German Infection Protection Act (IfSG) for effectiveness categories A and B.
