On 9 August 2022, BaFin issued a warning about Quantum AI and its website the-quantum-ai.com, which has since been deactivated. The unknown operators are now using the website greenholtt.com. BaFin suspects the operators of the website of offering consumers financial, investment and cryptoasset services without the required authorisation.
BaFin is issuing this information on the basis of section 37 (4) of the German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz – KWG) and section 10 (7) of the German Cryptomarkets Supervision Act (Kryptomärkteaufsichtsgesetz).
